Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores.

RETURNS

  •  Contact Client Services: Register your return online by connecting to your Postiche account or emailing Client Services at support@mypostiche.com.
  • Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt/invoice.
  • Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pickup location.

EXCHANGES

  • Call Client Services:  (407.689.6615)
  • In-store: Online purchases can be exchanged in stores [except refurbished units and hair care products]

  • Complimentary exchanges & returns within 48 hours.

  • No exchanges and returns for personalized items, my custom postiche, or customized orders. 
  • Clients planning to export items are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws concerning such exports.
  • Returns are also obligated to pay 10% Restocking fee.

  • Orders may take 2-3 business days to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses www.phivestarhairboutique.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes www.phivestarhairboutique.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 mypostiche.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, sezzle, and affirm with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

  • Collecting yourself, you need:

  • If you do not collect your order: Your order will be available in-store for 14 days. If not collected, it will be sent back, and your original payment method will be refunded, except for Customized items, My custom postiche, signature styles, and hair products.
